Each slice is cut and wrapped in the bakery: fluffy sponge layered with pistachio cream and raspberry under freeze-dried raspberry pieces; light sponge with mango and passionfruit buttercream; chocolate, vanilla and strawberry layers in the Neapolitan; and lemon sponge with fresh blueberry compote and lemon buttercream. Four proper portions, packed flat.
